Wal-Mart wins on Cheese

One more thing about living in the midwest in general - you're closer to Wisconsin than you are to Vermont. What does that mean? It means that most, if not all, of the cheddar cheese you find in the supermarket is ORANGE! And we all know that orange cheddar, even if it says "sharp" on the package, is pretty darn mild. Sure, they have specialty cheeses in the "gourmet" cheese section, but when I'm just looking for an everyday block of cheddar from the dairy section, it's all orange. EXCEPT at Wal-Mart, which is open 24 hours to satisfy my every shopping need, including Cabot cheddar cheese, which is in my opinion the best cheddar in the country. So relieved my cheese cravings can be satisfied!
